Harold Brantley, MAI
Mr. Brantley is the founder of Brantley Appraisal and has been practicing since 1963 in the appraisal field. A proud graduate of WKU, Mr. Brantley holds the prestigious MAI designation, is a Certified General appraiser, and has performed thousands of appraisals of all property types all over Kentucky (residential and non-residential). Harold is on the VA and FHA panel and also performs conventional financing appraisals.
Chris Stewart, MAI
Chris has been with Brantley Appraisal since 2001, holds Certified General Real Property Appraiser credential, and earned his MAI designation in 2016. Also a proud graduate of WKU, Chris specializes in non-residential assignments but also performs residential work for VA as well as FHA and conventional. Divorce, litigation, marketing, insurance claims, and other more complex valuation assignments are his specialty. Chris is also on the Valuation of Sustainable Buildings: Commercial and Valuation of Sustainable Buildings: Residential registries for valuing energy efficient properties.
Ian White
Ian, a newly minted Alum of WKU, has received his Associate Real Property Appraiser credential. Ian is an amazing analyst and a great addition to the Brantley Appraisal Company family. His goal is to get his Certified General Real Property Appraiser credential and he is well on his educational and experience journey to achieve his goals.
Kim Jones
Kim is our newest addition and is in the process of attaining her Associate Real Property Appraiser credential. Kim brings a wealth of experience to the Brantley Appraisal Company team. She has been a real estate agent and investor, as well as an insurance agent, each of which enhance her analytical skills.

Jessica Martin
The coordinator of this gang is Jessica Martin. Jessica is our office manager and keeps us all moving in the right direction. Jessica has an exceptional amount of experience in accounting, banking, and zoning. Each of these are fields integral to the appraisal profession and she bridges these gaps for Brantley Appraisal Company.
